Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Most spoke good English. Food was amazing especially the breakfast buffet. Gym has multiple eliptical, treadmills as well as free weights and machines. Also has another area for classes that can be used for stretching and other exercises. Staff in all areas are extremely attentive and friendly. Cleaning staff (Harsh, Pintu, Sonveer and Shipli) took very good care of me during my 10 day stay. Concierge staff helpful and friendly as well. Overall it was an excellent stay and I will be returning on my next business trip to Gugaon.

In 2017 or 2018, I had an experience with Westin that I couldn't recall, and it wasn't up to the standards I expected. Although I hadn't stayed at Westin Gurgaon after that, I've frequented other Marriott properties in Gurgaon since then, never feeling inclined to return to Westin. However, my recent stay on May 4/5 changed my perspective entirely. The experience was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Priyansh & Vikram at skybar and a special mention to Praful from the lounge. Additionally, Manish(from Skybar), Chef Sandhya (Lounge) and Purvi(reception) made my stay truly memorable by helping swiftly and recommending good stuff. It's evident that Westin has cultivated a culture of excellence with amazing individuals, making me eager to return. Thank you!

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel, and right from check-in to check-out, everything was fantastic! I was given a room on the Club floor, and it was a LARGE room with a plush king size bed, a huge bathroom with all amenities, a work desk with a super comfortable ergonomic chair, and a couch and ottoman to put my feet up at the end of the day. Club floor privileges include a dedicated lounge and breakfast area, which is also used for happy hour, and as a space to chill, and I took full advantage during my short stay. The lunch in Seasonal Tastes was particularly enjoyable with an extensive selection of tasty items. A special word of appreciation for the service; every single staff member was eager, professional and prompt to help with any request. This applies across the board to the front-desk staff, the f&b manager, chefs and staff, and the housekeeping personnel...every touchpoint left me with customer delight. I don't usually give 5-star reviews unless the hotel location, decor, amenities, service are all of a very high standard...nearly flawless, and the Westin Gurugram certainly deserves it! Having stayed at many Westin properties across the world, this goes to the top of my list.

Nice, descent hotel. Arrived early at the hotel and was given a room. The breakfast at seasonal taste, was great and excellent spread. Good selection and variety of food. Excellent service from Sailesh, who was taking care to make sure service was good. The SPA, sauna and fitness centre was equally good. They could have done better at the executive lounge. The food and beverage selections were very limited and pathetic. Not a place I was looking forward to going in the evening to unwind after a long day. Consierge services were great. Very clear information and detailed information by the team. The only disappointment was at check-out. An individual - M/s N___ was behind the reception, just ignored me stood there, when I told her there, to check-out. Eventually she moved away and asked her colleague to attend to. Very rude individual. Other than that everything was great at the hotel.
